Please have the following ready to provide to your design consultant.

DESCRIPTION OF COMPANY – What does your company do?  If you have an existing “look and feel” please send some examples.

REQUIRED FUNCTIONALITY – How many pages do you need and what will the tittles be? Eg. “About Us,” “Services,“ “Contact Us,” etc. 

Do you require a:

• Message Forum
• BLOG
• Live Chat
• Polls
• Newsletter Subscription & Mailout Software?

TEXT CONTENT – Please prepare all the text content which you would like to go on each of your pages.

LOGO – If you have a logo, please make sure you have a high quality image file available.  We can accept most formats, but would most appreciate a Photoshop document with a transparent background.  If you are not sure about this, please contact the graphic designer who designed your logo.  If you are unable to find a digital version of your logo, you may scan it from printed material.  Please be aware though that the quality of scanned material may not be as good as the original digital version.

If you don’t have a logo, your design consultant will create a basic one for you.  It will consist of your company name in an appealing font. 

If you would like one of our designers to create a unique graphical logo for you, the price will be $300, payable after completion.  If you’re not happy with the logo, you do not have to pay. You will own Copyright of the logo and will receive a high definition version, useable in print material.  Please discuss this option with your design consultant.
